POLICY OF USE
www.logesta.com  has as objective to provide information about LOGESTA.

Collecting personal details has become common in the strategies of E-companies. For this reason, users are more and more reluctant to give their personal and professional details, and even more so concerning the establishment of commercial relations, without knowing beforehand what will happen with the given information. When a user visits logesta.com and is asked for or offered the possibility of sending or receiving certain data, some doubts may arise:

What information is compiled and how? What do we do with the received information? How long do we keep these details? What limits can individuals set to this data collection?
We are aware that these questions frequently arise among our users, and that is why we have drawn up a Policy of Use that answers these questions and makes the people who connect up with logesta.com feel secure and well informed.

What information is compiled and how? LOGESTA receives little information from those users who visit logesta.com, and this is destined exclusively for very specific professional purposes. We only obtain information in some areas of logesta.com. Even in these cases, the information is very basic (name, surname, organisation, post held in the organisation, subject and e-mail). The mere access to logesta.com does not entail the need to transmit these aforementioned basic details. It will only be necessary when you access specific sections set up for this purpose in the Web-site.

What do we do with the received information? As a user of logesta.com, you can send personal details in different ways:

If you apply for information about LOGESTA. The contact people of each activity area will receive the provided information, questions and others directly and with full discretion. Those contact people will be the ones who answer the questions and give explanations about our professional services provided by the user in an adequate and precise way.
If you apply for information about LOGESTA. The contact people of each activity area will receive the provided information, questions and others directly and with full discretion. Those contact people will be the ones who answer the questions and give explanations about our professional services provided by the user in an adequate and precise way.

How long do we keep these details? The information received through the web-site will be transferred to a specific database, owned by LOGESTA S.A. This database will enable us to improve the web-site in general and the different areas in particular. Information on subscriptions or personal details will be stored until the service that the user was subscribed to is no longer in force, or until the user unilaterally decides to stop the subscription. Under no circumstances does LOGESTA S.A. compile information to be subsequently sold or transferred to third parties for its use as a marketing tool. However, it is not responsible for the access and use that third parties may, through illegitimate means, make of our information.

What limits can individuals set to this data collection? Free will. It should always be remembered that the information that we may compile has been given with the prior and free consent of the user. Moreover, LOGESTA S.A. fully complies with current legislation on the matter, and especially with the LORTAD, which acknowledges the right of any user to have access to, rectify, and cancel the data that they have previously sent to logesta.com .
LOGESTA S.A. reserves the right to modify, either partially or in its entirety, the logesta.com policy of use. Nothing contained therein may be construed to create a contractual bond between LOGESTA S.A. and the users who visit its web-site or send information through the same.
